Welcome to your class blog!

Dear Students,

Finally I have a chance to write my first post for our class. This is a busy time for us! After you got back from your graduation trip to Japan, we had our Halloween activity at school last week. That was a fun activity, right? Thanks for helping in our 6B room with our "spoon your eyeball" (ping pong ball) race. I had a cold that day and both teacher Ruby and I needed a bit of help. About 400 students went through our room. Special thanks to Rick and Rebecca (and Ben from 6A) for helping to decorate our room while you were in Japan. Your pictures from Japan were great! I saw them Friday. Also, some parents came to see our class on Friday and I think it went fine.

You can find announcements here, usually over on the right side of the page as a list. There will also be links there. Those may be materials you can download. Sometimes I will post, or write, advice to you here about how to write or study better. Now we have our midterm exam coming, and I am trying to finish the study guide. I will put it as a link over to the right. Make sure you get enough rest! And study the vocabulary, and other things on the study guide. You can now use Quizlet to help you learn the vocabulary faster and better. Just accept the invitation I sent you.

Best regards,

Teacher Rob Catlin
